A step towards a cleaner future
Prysmian Group Baltics has published a fresh Sustainability Report 2024, highlighting our key activities and results in the areas of environment, people and responsible management. Sustainability continues to be an integral part of our strategy, and it guides day-to-day decisions across the Baltics.
Environment
In 2024, we took important steps to reduce our environmental footprint. We improved the energy efficiency of our production processes, increased material efficiency, and increased waste recycling. These activities support Prysmian Group’s global objective to develop a resilient and environmentally sustainable energy infrastructure.
People
Worker safety and development is our priority. We invested in training and safety programmes and continued to strengthen a diverse and inclusive work culture across all our Baltic operations.
Governance
Responsible governance was also a focus for 2024. We strengthened supply chain transparency, compliance monitoring and quality standards to ensure a stable and reliable value chain.
The report also includes a Baltic Sustainability Scorecard, which provides a quick overview of progress in recent years and the way forward.
